Over 25 years building data systems, automation platforms, and full-stack applications across fintech, public sector, and independent product development. From ETL pipelines processing financial data at FNZ to launching Pinloco from scratch in Cumbria — the environments change, the standard doesn’t.
The Builder
I don’t just write code — I ship products. I’ve built CRM platforms, internal tooling, data pipelines, and customer-facing applications that people actually rely on. When I couldn’t find the right opportunity, I created my own — designing, building, and launching Pinloco solo from scratch. That’s the difference between someone who can build and someone who has built.
The Approach
I build things properly. No shortcuts, no duct tape, no technical debt you’ll be paying off for years. I use proven tools — TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL — and I pick the right tool for the job, not the fashionable one.
How I Work
I work on contracts and select projects. I take ownership of the problem, not just the ticket. If something needs building from scratch, I build it. If something’s broken, I fix it properly. I communicate clearly, deliver on time, and don’t disappear.
